Camping does not usually take place in an open field without challenges. Camping takes place away into the hills, mountains or even at camp sites by the sea. The roads to these places are usually rough terrain that needs tough cars made for these kinds of roads and purposes. Japanese used cars have a variety of these kinds of vehicles that can withstand long time wear and tear. Japanese the leading car producers in the world are known for their quality and great technology and buying Japanese used car should not a problem.

When considering going camping, there are factors worth considering before purchasing a vehicle for use. Durability and low maintenance should be one of the considerations. Trucks are the best if out as a family. A truck is usually large enough and able to securely carry all your necessary camping supplies. A truck should have enough room incase of change of weather or any eventualities campers will be able to sleep inside. Trucks could be fully built or they can still be half built.

Japanese in making their cars are known for making low mileage vehicles; controlled speed, comfort and durability are also considered. Trailers provide another good vehicle to acquire while considering a camping trip. Trailers are best used for a large group of campers or even a school or community trip. The trailers are able to carry very a lot of luggage and are durable.

Japanese cars can be imported anywhere in the world; and are able to withstand the rugged hills of Africa and to the smooth sailing roads of Alaska. The good thing is that you can buy these vehicles directly from the suppliers or even from manufacturers who store them. One of the suppliers who have provided some of these camping vehicles for years is Autorec Enterprises Limited-Japan and their services are still worth trying. They have offices in basically most countries in each continent.

There is no known exporter of second hand cars around the world now other than Japan. Some of these cars can be purchased online. The good things about Japanese cars are that they are durable. The Japanese love their cars and do not make junk. These vehicles are known for their manageable fuel consumption.

Some of the best right vehicles to use while out camping include Japanese cars like, wagons, mini buses; vans SUV/4WD the list is endless as you are sure to purchase high quality vehicles at the lowest possible price. These vehicles are thoroughly tested by professionals before being shipped out for use by other around the world.

Japan the world’s leading car producer is known as one of the countries with a good public transport system. Being car manufacturers they always make the best for themselves. Not only do they boast of being the world’s number one car makers but for any vehicle they put on the road, the spare parts can be obtained easily and are affordable.

Following the horrendous damage that Northern Japan has gone through, people were seen to be living in tents. Camping supplies are generally the same no matter which country you decide to camp in, however, Japan is one of four seasons meaning you might have to prepare camping supplies that will get you through the coldest of winters to the hottest of summers. Despite being a disaster that struck in spring, the weather proved to be unsteady as snow started falling down one day, and sunshine was apparent the next.

For those affected by the earthquake and tsunami, daily camping supply should include the most basic items to provide comfort away from their homes as they try to rebuild their life back again. It will take a long time and comfort should be a must despite their desperate situation. Camping can be fun if you have the right and quality equipments.

A camper needs to have a camping check-list before stepping out to go out for camping. Camping sometimes takes place in the remote areas of any place. Camping materials include outdoor furniture (these include items like seats, tables, cooking ware and plates); tents (should be strong enough and water poof to be able to with stand any weather); backpacks for carrying the necessary items while walking, should be large enough to carry the required items; sleeping bags (should be comfortable as camping involves sleeping on the ground). Sanitary around a campsite should be taken seriously so as to avoid any disease breakout.

Some of the equipments of camping facilities to consider having are portable toilet; sanitary equipments and if out camping in the bush you need a hoe to help you in preparing the camping grounds. Campers need to be able to dig a compost pit. This will be able to help keep wild animals or even flies away that might be ravaging for left overs of food.

If like many people living in Japan, the idea of camping and or hiking is appealing to you. Then you will probably need to get yourself some equipment. Unless of course you came to Japan with your own gear, but perhaps this could be helpful for picking up a few extras.

If you have spent any time in Tokyo, you will know just how large this city is. You could spend hours walking, taking the subway, or riding on a bus wandering around trying to find a specific kind of shop in any area can be difficult and time consuming. Which is not much use if you are a tourist with limited time to spend.

So here I will give you a few locations where you can purchase equipment for a camping holiday.

One of the easiest to find is the L-Breath store in Shinjuku. Start from the South Exit of Shinjuku Station, walk down the stairs, the is a large green pachinko building near the bottom of the stairs. You want to turn right and walk through an underpass the L-Breath shop should be the first thing you see once you reach the other side. Since you are already in the area you might want to also check out the Tokyu Hands nearby, as they might have some goods you are looking for. To get there continuing walking down the same street you were on to get to L-Breath. You will see the huge Takashimaya building on your right hand side, keep walking along pavement until it curves to the right and you will be at the Tokyu Hands, there should be a sign before the road turns, so its very easy to find.

Another option is the ICI-Sports shop in Harajuku. It is very close to the Omotesando exit in Harajuku station. Simply come out of the station at that exit, cross the street, turn too your left and walk a few feet the shop is at the bottom of an oddly shaped apartment building. If you exit from Harajuku station from the Takeshita Dori exit. Then cross the road and turn right and walk along for a couple of minutes and you will find it.

I hope this is useful to some of you. Happy camping in Japan.

While doing some of research looking for a subject for this article, I came across a website for what looks to be an excellent “hidden gem” camping location.

Located on Shodoshima island (小豆島) is an island located in the Inland Sea of Japan.

The name means literally “Island of Small Beans”. There are two main towns on the island: Tonoshō and Shōdoshima, comprising the district of Shōzu. The island was the first area of Japan to successfully grow olives, and is sometimes known as “Olive Island”.

Dutch Pancake Camping appears to be a intimate, warm and welcoming location for a camping stay. It’s a family run business where the camp ground is actually in the garden of their hand built Dutch style home. The pictures of the building of the house itself are well worth a look.

In the nearby the campsite you will find the following:

The Sun Olive Onsen, a recently opened hot water spring that is only a 3 minute walk from the camp grounds.

Olive Beach about two minutes by car, it is one of the main beaches to be found on Shodoshima. In summer there are beach houses. Dutch Pancake Camping offer a free pickup service to and from the beach.

Marine Sports: The Key West Club on Olive Beach allows you the opportunity to engage in some adrenaline-pumping outdoor events, like water skiing, jet skiing and a banana boat.

Olive Park: A short five minute walk will bring you to the park where you can find, tennis courts, a playground with slide, jungle-gym, swings and a small cable slide.

There is much more information on their website, check out the link below.
